Most seasoned travelers and travel experts suggest that keeping valuables in a hidden wallet or travel pouch either wrapped around your waist under your clothes or hung around your neck is very important. Another great travel tip is to reduce the chance of theft by keeping majority of your cash in the hotels safe. Take out enough for each day to pay for necessary needs and when using credit cards, make sure that the establishment or shop looks alright. Credit cards provide valuable user protection and the best currency exchange rates as well.
One very important travel tip is to keep a lost or stolen wallet from bringing your vacation to an unexpected end. However, there are travelers who pack an extra wallet in their suitcase or backpack. This wallet will contain only a credit card or two and maybe an ATM card. It is also a good idea to make a schedule and leave it at home with family members or a trusted friend. Another travel tip is to make several copies of your important travel documents such as flight reservations, hotel confirmations, rental car receipts, etc. Put each copy in a different place at least one or two in different parts of the suitcase or backpack, you can put it one in your back pocket, one in your purse or carry-on, etc. Lastly, record important phone numbers in the address book of your cell phone for easy access. Just in case you’re lost or you need some help at least you can contact a friend. Even if your travel budget is so tight, it doesn’t mean that you can’t enjoy the travel. However, you can minimize buying things that you don’t really need during travel instead buying foods is the best. Be aware that small things can be add up with a huge amount. Hotel extras, restaurant, car rentals, gas, ticket for special attractions, drinks add-on makes your budget goes crazy. Just make sure that you use it properly so that you will not regret things in the end. However, make sure that you always focus of the things you want to enjoy your travel. Things to learn, peoples to meet, views to see, adventure to experience is the basic thing in travel that is very important to make your travel become a real travel. Lastly and most important tip is to enjoy the experience whenever you go and make an unforgettable moment with your family.
